The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.

Abstract: A gas generator (100) includes a grain casing (102) to accommodate a solid propellant; an igniter (104) for igniting solid propellant to generate gaseous products and solid residue having temperature between 400°C to 500°C. The gas generator (100) includes a primary filter (106) defining a flow path having sharp bends to separate the solid residue from the gaseous products by inertial momentum. The solid residue impinges on walls of the primary filter (106) while the gaseous products change direction and pass through the primary filter (106). The gas generator (100) includes a coolant chamber (108) having solid endothermic coolants to cool the received gaseous products; a secondary filter (110) to remove residual solid residue escaping the primary filter (106); and a tertiary filter (112) to remove decomposition residue, and induce turbulence for mixing cooled gases to obtain an uniform outlet gas temperature between 60°C to 80°C for inflating the inflatable.
