Abstract: ABSTRACT “A GARMENT FOLDING APPARATUS AND A PROCESS FOR OPERATING THEREOF” The present invention discloses a garment folding apparatus and a process for operating thereof, designed to automate folding operations with improved accuracy and safety. The apparatus comprises a controller unit, a folding frame, multiple servo motors configured to actuate left, right, and bottom folding flaps, and infrared sensors providing real-time feedback for each folding stage. The system operates in a closed-loop manner, wherein each folding step is executed only after confirmation from corresponding sensors, ensuring precise and consistent folding. The further also comprises a start unit, an emergency stop system that stops operation when safety cannot be guaranteed, and a resetting system to reset to the initial state. The folding is carried out sequentially depending on feedback from sensors, making sure the device can work properly.
