Abstract: The present invention discloses a novel functional seasoning powder composition, designated as Nutri-Sprinkle Salt, and a low-temperature process for its preparation, designed to provide essential micronutrients while reducing dietary sodium intake. The formulation consists of a unique semi-crystalline matrix combining dehydrated curry leaves (Murraya koenigii), moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera), roasted peanuts with peel, and roasted sesame seeds, blended uniformly with digestive spices and a controlled mineral base of table salt and black salt. Analytical testing confirms an optimal, shelf-stable composition featuring a low moisture content of 0.36% (w/w), a controlled ash content of 0.361% (w/w), low crude fat of 0.80% (w/w), and a high edible vitamin C content of 5.3% by weight, which provides potent antioxidant protection. The seasoning utilizes 100% plant-derived additives to deliver essential vitamins, minerals, and plant proteins in a highly stable form, offering an effective, convenient daily dietary addition that enhances flavor and supports overall metabolic and immune health.
