Abstract: ABSTRACT A FRONT-END MODULE WITH INTEGRATED FLUID TANK The one or more embodiments of the present invention are directed towards a front- end carrier structure, FEC, (100). Said FEC comprises a main frame (101) which includes a horizontal upper member (102), a horizontal lower member (103), a vertical left member (104) and a vertical right side member (105) connecting said horizontal upper member (102) with the horizontal lower member (103) on either sides thereof, forming an opening for supporting one or more sub-systems. Said horizontal upper member (102) comprises integrated fluid storage unit (106) configured to be functionally coupled to the one or more sub-systems. The integrated fluid storage unit (106) further comprises one or more chambers for storage of different variants of fluids. Additionally, disclosed herein is a system with dual temperature cleaning facility. The modified FEC facilitates space optimization, and multi-fluid storage providing energy-efficient operation and enhanced safety features.
