The cylindrical cross section being configured to receive one or more attachment means to detachably connected said toggle link 122 to a structure 101. The attachment means include first members 122L, 122R and a second member. The first members 122L, 122R include a left side silent block 122L and a right-side silent block 122R. The pair of left and right silent blocks 122L, 122R defines a passage A to receive the second member. This architecture reduces the vibrations and the part count.
