The proposed formulation (100) is integrated with natural plant-based stabilizers (acacia gum, xanthan gum) and spray drying techniques to extend shelf life naturally without synthetic additives. The proposed formulation (100) retains nutritional integrity to ensure high bioavailability of proteins, minerals, and functional probiotic benefits. The proposed formulation (100) is developed using ancient Indian fermentation practices combined with modern technology, thereby offering a scientifically validated and culturally inspired probiotic product.
