Abstract: The present disclosure proposes a food mashing device (100) employing cylindrical cam actuation for converting rotary input into guided reciprocating movement of a mashing plate (110), together with top and bottom scraping levers (120, 122) configured to remove adhered food material from opposite surfaces of the mashing plate (110). The food mashing device (100) comprises a cylindrical cam (138) rotated by a rotating wheel (104) and an adjustable holder (128) having a guide pin (130) engaged with a guide path (131). Fixed support bars (132) guide the adjustable holder (128), and moving poles (124) transmit its displacement to a support frame (107) carrying the mashing plate (110). Biasing members (134) assist return. A rotating knob (106) independently rotates a center shaft (108) to sweep the scraping levers (120, 122) simultaneously across the opposite surfaces.
