Abstract: The present disclosure describes a flexible cell holder (100) capable of elastically deforming for a battery pack. The flexible cell holder (100) includes a plurality of opposite facing chord members (102) defining a holding structure that allows at least one cell (200) of the battery pack to house therewithin. Each chord member (102) has a cross-web (104) that projects away from said chord member (102) where said chord member (102) coupled to oppositely faced chord member (102) defines the holding structure (110). The holding structure (110) formed by the plurality of chord members (102) and the cross-webs (104) elastically deforms upon absorbing external loads acting along x-axis, y-axis, and z-axis of the holding structure. The flexible cell holder (100) protects the at least one cell (200) from damage caused by the external loads.
