Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a system and method for monitoring blood cancer using artificial intelligence, liquid biopsy data, and real-time recurrence prediction mechanisms. The system collects blood samples, ctDNA, CTCs, RNA biomarkers, and clinical data from patients and healthcare centers. The collected data is preprocessed and analyzed using machine learning and deep learning models to detect cancer progression and predict recurrence risks. The invention further uses secure data storage, federated learning, and encrypted communication to protect patient privacy while enabling collaborative analysis across multiple hospitals. The system also provides clinical decision support, real-time monitoring, alerts, and adaptive learning for improved diagnosis and personalized treatment planning. The proposed invention improves early cancer detection, recurrence prediction accuracy, healthcare security, and intelligent clinical management.
