Abstract: A pediatric friendly oral drug dosage form is disclosed comprising taste masked drug bearing multiparticulate units, a dispersible carrier base, an organoleptic balancing system, and a dose defining presentation unit. Each multiparticulate unit includes a drug loaded core covered by a salivary resistant barrier layer that reduces unpleasant taste during administration and permits release after ingestion. The formulation may be supplied as sachets, mini units, or reconstitutable portions, enabling flexible pediatric dosing, improved caregiver handling, storage stability, and child acceptable oral delivery.
