Abstract: ABSTRACT A DUAL-LAYER HERBAL SOAP COMPOSITION AND METHOD OF PREPARATION THEREOF 5 The present invention relates to a dual-layer herbal soap composition comprising a goat milk-based layer and a glycerine-based layer, integrally combined to form a single unitary product. The composition further includes a herbal pre-mix comprising neem, turmeric, lemongrass, rice flour, and multani mitti, along with essential oils. The invention also provides a process for preparation involving 10 controlled saponification, incorporation of herbal components, and sequential layer formation. The dual-layer structure provides synergistic benefits including enhanced cleansing, improved moisturizing, antimicrobial activity, and mild exfoliation. The soap exhibits improved stability, aesthetic appeal, and suitability for various skin types.
