Abstract: A DUAL CATHETER PUMP CONTROLLER FOR MULTI-VENTRICULAR CARDIAC SUPPORT The present invention provides a dual catheter pump controller system (100) for percutaneous ventricular assist devices (PVADs) (102), capable of simultaneously supporting any combination of two ventricles. The system (100) comprises two reusable motors coupled to PVADs (102), a cross-coupled septal-balance controller (108) that estimates interventricular septal position and adjusts pump speeds, a digital-twin predictive scheduler (110) that runs a real-time cardiovascular model to optimize pump performance, an AI-guided weaning trajectory generator (112) for analyzing trend data and executing pump tapering schedules, and a dual-spectra optical blood-quality sensor (116) for continuous measurement of plasma-free hemoglobin and oxyhemoglobin saturation. The system (100) includes a touchscreen interface (118), safety interlocks (120), and communication ports (114) for use in various cardiac care settings.
