Abstract: Drug injection device comprising a housing(1) with internal thread(1.2), a push button(12), a driving assembly in the housing, the driving assembly comprising: an axially movable and rotatable dial sleeve(8) with external thread(8.3) cooperating with the internal thread(1.2), an axially movable and rotatable coupling element(10) within the dial sleeve(8), a driving sleeve(7) within the coupling element(10) and rotationally coupled therewith, the driving sleeve(7) comprising at least one radially extending ratchet arm(7.6) at its distal end(7.5), an axially movable and rotatable piston rod(6) with external thread(6.1), the piston rod(6) being rotationally coupled with the driving sleeve(7), a ratchet wheel(5) fixed in the housing(1), with radial teeth(5.4) cooperating with the ratchet arm(7.6) for blocking rotation of the driving sleeve(7) in one direction and allowing rotation of the driving sleeve(7) in the opposite direction. The ratchet wheel(5) comprises an opening(5.2) with internal thread(5.3) cooperating with the thread(6.1) of the piston rod(6).
