The system (100) comprises a data collection module configured to acquire agricultural datasets including historical commodity price data, soil characteristics, weather information, and crop yield statistics. A data preprocessing module performs temporal alignment, sequence generation, and dataset integration. A Multi-Task Temporal Representation Network processes the datasets through embedding layers, Temporal Convolution Networks, attention mechanisms, and multi-head quantile regression layers for generating probabilistic agricultural price forecasts. An inference framework processes probabilistic outputs for generating crop recommendation data and agricultural market intelligence outputs. A decision support system generates integrated outputs comprising probabilistic price intervals and ranked crop recommendation information using district-level temporal agricultural intelligence processing.
