MUMBAI, India, Sept. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611090356 A) filed by Graphic Era Deemed To Be University on July 24, 2026, for A Distributed System And Method For Asynchronous Market Simulation Using Federated Behavioral Digital Twins In Xr.
Inventors include Riya Sharma; Suryansh Sharma; and Roohi Naaz.
The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.
Abstract: The invention relates to distributed artificial intelligence, extended reality market simulation, and behavioural modelling. Disclosed is a system and method in which a Cognitive Agent Synthesis module 102 generates Adaptive Behavioral Digital Twins grounded by Large Language Models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation, each twin having a socio-economic vector and persistent memory state; a Multi-Modal XR Interface 104 captures voice, gesture, pupillary dilation, and gaze-dwell time; a Recursive Behavioral Feedback Loop 106 implements Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning with adversarial AI agents for recursive competitor and market adaptation; and a Stochastic Survival Probability Index 108 aggregates Monte Carlo trajectories to compute a real-time Success Score and Risk Heat Map. By asynchronously decoupling latency-sensitive XR interaction from language reasoning, memory management, reinforcement learning updates, and stochastic aggregation while preserving shared simulation state, the invention provides more realistic, persistent, and scalable market testing for decision support.
