Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a Dimethyl-Ether (DME) fueled commercial stove (100). The commercial stove (100) includes a stove body (102), a burner assembly (124) mounted within the stove body (102). The burner assembly (124) includes an air inlet assembly (104) configured with a plurality of air inlet holes. The burner assembly (124) includes an angular burner plate (106) configured to enable adjustable positioning of the burner assembly (124) corresponding to the stove body (102). The burner assembly (124) includes the angular burner plate (106) is mounted to the stove body (102) at a pre-defined inclination angle, comprises a central aperture formed with a pre-defined sheet thickness for fixation of the burner assembly (124) to the angular burner plate (106). The burner assembly (124) includes a pan support assembly (120) comprising a plurality of triangular supports configured with a downward bend towards a central axis of the burner assembly (124).
