Abstract: DIGIPROSTHOSET is a digitally prefabricated modular denture base and articulator system designed for standardized preclinical teeth arrangement training. The system comprises a reusable 3D-printed denture base, articulator assembly, and standardized tooth-set reference model that maintain fixed vertical dimension and centric relation. A master cast and articulator setup are digitally scanned and fabricated using additive manufacturing to produce reproducible units for repeated educational use. The invention reduces repeated mounting procedures, minimizes material wastage, improves learning efficiency, and enables take-home practice. Optional prefabricated occlusal rim templates may additionally assist in jaw relation and occlusal plane orientation during manual fabrication. The system integrates digital dentistry into prosthodontic education through a reusable and standardized training workflow.
