The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a digitally orchestrated manufacturing system for manufacturing textile-based home-furnishing articles corresponding to independently confirmed customer orders. The system generates a persistent digital manufacturing job, determines a process-adjusted quantity of textile material, allocates an identified textile segment, and associates the textile segment with a persistent machine-readable identifier. A manufacturing orchestration controller generates an ordered manufacturing route and dynamically groups identified textile segments corresponding to different stock-keeping units into stage-specific manufacturing batches while preserving individual manufacturing identity. Manufacturing instructions are retrieved in response to identifier recognition, manufacturing execution is validated and controlled, and processed textile segments are sequentially advanced through manufacturing stages. The system further performs order-specific component formation, assembly and production genealogy management, thereby enabling end-to-end manufacturing traceability, order-specific manufacturing execution, coordinated production orchestration and shared utilization of manufacturing infrastructure.
