The formulation comprises banana liquid extract, colostrum powder, milk, almond milk, and cashews, providing essential nutrients without artificial preservatives or additives. The invention is processed into an edible dissolvable film wrapped around an edible spoon, enabling instant reconstitution into a drinkable soup upon immersion in hot water. The method involves blending the ingredients, heating the mixture to 85-90°C, processing it into an edible film, and naturally drying it to preserve nutrients. The final product is portable, convenient, and retains high bioavailability of essential vitamins, minerals, and macronutrients. Stability studies confirm a six-month shelf life while maintaining texture, aroma, and nutritional integrity. This invention integrates traditional nutrition with modern convenience, offering a quick and effective dietary solution for individuals with busy lifestyles.
