Abstract: ABSTRACT: Title: A Dielectric-Responsive Conformal Antenna Array with Intelligent Backscatter Analysis for Early Cancerous Tissue Detection The present invention relates to a dielectric-responsive conformal antenna array with intelligent backscatter analysis for early detection of abnormal or potentially cancerous biological tissue. The system comprises a conformal antenna array (106) having a plurality of antenna elements (108) arranged on a conformable substrate (122) and configured to transmit electromagnetic signals toward a target biological tissue region 5 (110) and receive corresponding reflected or backscattered electromagnetic signals (126). A signal conditioning and processing unit (114) processes the received signals to extract electromagnetic characteristics including amplitude, phase, frequency response, reflection characteristics, impedance, and spatial backscatter distribution. An intelligent backscatter analysis module 10 (116) analyzes the extracted characteristics using computational, pattern-recognition, machine-learning, or artificial intelligence techniques to identify variations in electromagnetic responses associated with potentially abnormal tissue. The system may further generate a spatial tissue-response map (302) indicating a detected response region, its approximate location, spatial extent, and response characteristics. The conformal configuration enables 15 adaptation to curved anatomical surfaces and acquisition of measurements from multiple spatial positions and orientations. The invention thereby provides a non-invasive electromagnetic sensing platform for supporting early identification, localization, characterization, and monitoring of potentially abnormal biological tissue.
