Abstract: The present invention relates to a device (100) and method (200) for automated compressor shell cutting comprises a metal frame housing (101), a plasma cutting torch (102), a rotary loading table (103) and a control panel (104). The compressor placed onto a rotary loading table (103) which is positioned inside the metal frame housing (101). The rotary loading table (103) includes a set of sensors and a pneumatic holder to secure the compressor body during cutting. The device (100) is integrated with an automated clamping and release mechanism to streamline the loading and unloading processes along with a plasma cutting torch. The control panel (104) is equipped with a main switch, status indicator lights, and movement control buttons for the plasma cutting torch and rotary loading table (103), emergency stop button, mode selectors for automatic and manual operation.
