MUMBAI, India, July 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511090465 A) filed by Attero Recycling Pvt. Ltd. on September 22, 2025, for A Device For Automated Coil Extraction From Compressor Stators And Method Thereof.
Inventors include Shakeel Ahmed Shekh; Deepak Kumar; and Mandeep Singh.
The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.
Abstract: The present invention provides a device for automated coil extraction from the compressor stators (100) comprises a metal frame body (101), equipped with an upper compartment (102) and a lower compartment (103). The upper compartment (102) houses a control panel (104) and an access door, and the lower compartment (103) encloses hydraulic cylinders, valves, mechanical actuators, and drive elements that are used to carry out the coil extraction process. At the top of the device (100), a working surface (105) is provided which is opened to place a half-cut compressor stator into a circular cavity, once the stator is positioned inside the cavity, a set of hydraulically operated holding blades is actuated. Extracted coils from the stator slots as the pulling mechanism by a hydraulic power unit (107) continues downward and directing the removed coils collected into an integrated copper collection chamber (106) of the device (100).
