Abstract: “A DEVICE FOR ASSISTING REPLACEMENT OF A LINING IN A COVER TRAVERSER” ABSTRACT The present disclosure discloses a device (200) for assisting replacement of a lining in a cover 5 traverser (100). The device includes a first bearing member (1) positioned on a mounting platform (2). A support member (3) defined with a first end (4) and a second end (5), and is rotatably connectable to the first bearing member (1). The support member (3) is adapted to receive and accommodate the cover traverser (100) for dislodging and dispensing the lining. Additionally, the device (200) includes a driving unit (6) being positioned on the mounting platform (2). The driving 10 unit (6) is connectable to the second end (5) of the support member (3), and is adapted to selectively rotate the support member (3), where the support member (3) upon rotation is adapted to dispense the dislodged lining of the cover traverser (100).
