Abstract: The present invention relates to a portable airflow measurement and display device for manual ventilation using self-inflating bags such as AMBU bags. The device comprises a data acquisition module configured to detect real-time airflow generated during manual resuscitation, a microcontroller unit programmed to compute tidal volume by integrating airflow over elapsed time, and a display module for presenting instantaneous flow rate and calculated volume per breath. A portable, battery- powered supply module enables standalone operation, ensuring usability in emergency, pre-hospital, rural, and disaster care settings where conventional ventilators are unavailable. The device is designed as a plug-and-play add-on that can be easily integrated with existing resuscitators without structural modification. Additionally, the system supports data logging, recording, and cloud connectivity for post-procedure analysis and training applications. A detachable sensor module ensures hygiene and reusability. The invention thus provides a low-cost, compact, and reliable solution for safer manual ventilation and enhanced patient outcomes. FIG.3
