The shelter assembly (100) includes a set of primary hinges (104) connecting at least two roof panels (102a) of the structural panels (102), and the roof panels (102a) with adjacent vertical panels (102b) among the structural panels (102), and two vertical panels (102b) together. The vertical panels (102b) defining walls of the shelter assembly (100). The shelter assembly (100) includes a set of secondary hinges (106) coupling edges of the adjacent structural panels (102) of the shelter assembly (100). The secondary hinges (106) allow controlled relative rotation between the structural panels (102). The primary and secondary hinges (104, 106) are configured to allow the shelter assembly (100) to move between the deployed and foldable configurations.
