The application for the patent was published on August 14, 2026, under issue no. 33/2026.
Abstract: The-present disclosure-relates-to-a-deep learning—based cloud-predictive-maintenance system for industrial Internet of Things (IoT) devices. The system comprises a plurality of industrial sensors configured to collect operational parameters including vibration, temperature, pressure, and acoustic signals from industrial equipment. The sensed data is transmitted through edge gateways to a cloud computing platform for centralized processing. The cloud platform includes modules for data ingestion, preprocessing, feature extraction, and deep learning—based predictive analytics. A trained neural network model analyzes historical and real-time data to predict equipment failures, estimate remaining useful life, and generate anomaly alerts. The system further includes a user interface dashboard for visualizing equipment status, failure probabilities, and maintenance schedules. Feedback from maintenance actions is stored to enable continuous model improvement. The disclosed system improves reliability, reduces unplanned downtime, optimizes maintenance scheduling, and enhances operational efficiency in industrial environments through intelligent cloud-based predictive analytics
