Abstract: ABSTRACT A Deep Learning—Driven Cloud Platform for Precision Irrigation and Soil Nutrient Optimization Precision agriculture has emerged as a transformative approach to improve crop productivity while conserving natural resources. This work proposes a deep learning—driven cloud platform designed to optimize irrigation scheduling and soil nutrient management for sustainable farming. The system integrates IoT-based soil sensors, weather data, and crop growth parameters to collect real-time field information. The acquired data are transmitted to a cloud infrastructure where deep learning models analyze soil moisture levels, nutrient concentration, temperature, and environmental conditions. A Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) hybrid model predicts crop water requirements and nutrient deficiencies with high accuracy. Based on the predictions, the platform automatically generates precision irrigation schedules and nutrient application recommendations for farmers. The cloud interface provides real-time dashboards, alerts, and historical analytics to support decision-making. Experimental analysis demonstrates that the proposed system significantly reduces water consumption while improving crop yield and soil health. The platform enables scalable agricultural monitoring, making it suitable for large-scale smart farming deployments. This intelligent framework contributes to sustainable agriculture, efficient water management, and optimized fertilizer usage through advanced deep learning and cloud computing technologies.
