Abstract: ABSTRACT TITLE: “A DE-STACKING SYSTEM FOR SEPARATING FORWARD WHEELS IN A TURBINE COMPRESSOR ROTOR” The present invention relates to a hydraulic de-stacking system(100) for separating forward wheels in a turbine compressor rotor. The system(100) comprises a hydraulic piston-cylinder assembly(102) positioned within the bore of a stacked wheel assembly to contain hydraulic pressure within a sealed interface between the wheel surfaces. A hydraulic pump system, fluidly connected to the hydraulic piston-cylinder assembly (102) through a plurality of high-pressure hoses, actuates the assembly to generate a controlled separation force within the spigot and bore interface of the stacked wheels and a plurality of hydraulic seals is disposed between the hydraulic piston-cylinder assembly (102) and the wheel bore. Additionally, a guiding structure (106) is connected to the hydraulic piston-cylinder assembly (102) to secure the hydraulic fixture during operation. A control unit is connected to the hydraulic pump system , ensuring precise force application, regulating hydraulic pressure, and facilitating the safe operation of the system(100). [
