Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a vehicle and particularly to a cylinder block assembly (100) for an internal combustion engine (400) to be utilized in the vehicle. The cylinder block assembly (100) includes an outer cylinder block casing (104) and an inner cylinder member (102) configured with the outer cylinder block casing (104). A first sealing member (202) is incorporated within the assembly (100), where at least one of the outer cylinder block casing (104) and the inner cylinder member (102) comprises at least one groove (302) to accommodate the first sealing member (202). The first sealing member (202) is configured to block the flow of fluid through the abutting region between the outer cylinder block casing (104) and the inner cylinder member (102). This configuration provides an enhanced sealing mechanism, ensuring fluid containment while reducing the risk of leakage.
