Abstract: A CUSTOMIZABLE MULTI-DOMAIN FRAMEWORK FOR REAL TIME PERSONALIZED GERIATRICS CARE The present invention discloses a customizable, multidomain framework for real-time personalized geriatric care. The system integrates and continuously monitors data associated with an elderly individual, including medical, behavioural, lifestyle, financial, and legal information, to detect and predict events such as health anomalies, behavioural deviations, and risk conditions using machine learning techniques. Upon identification of such events, a dynamic permission engine determines relevant stakeholders and grants controlled, context-aware access to specific data segments based on predefined conditions. The framework enables real-time alerts and coordinates response actions among authorized participants, thereby improving care delivery and decision-making. The invention thus provides an adaptive, event-driven approach for secure and efficient multi- stakeholder data sharing in geriatric care ecosystems. Fig. 1
