The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.
Abstract: A quantum error mitigation system implemented in classical control hardware operatively coupled to one or more heterogeneous quantum processors is disclosed. The system comprises a syndrome acquisition module configured to receive binary syndrome vectors from ancilla qubit measurements, an entropy estimation module configured to generate a noise regime indicator signal transitioning between quiescent, sporadic-error, and burst-error states, a dynamic graph generation module configured to construct a time-varying error-correlation graph whose edge weights and correlation range adapt online in response to the noise regime indicator signal, an adaptive clustering module configured to partition stabilizer nodes into a variable number of node groups determined by the noise regime indicator signal, an attention-based graph neural network decoding module having entropy-gated attention heads configured to generate a Pauli error identification signal, and a correction control module configured to transmit corrective native gate control pulses to the quantum processor within the syndrome extraction cycle. The system operates across superconducting, trapped-ion, and photonic quantum processor architectures without architecture-specific reconfiguration.
