Abstract: The present invention relates to a cooling system for high-performance GPU chips used in Artificial Intelligence operations. The system comprises a cooling layer (205) mounted above a GPU chip (206), an embedded temperature sensor array (203), a microcontroller-based AI prediction processor (204), a micro-valve array (200), a variable-flow pump (201), and a central controller (202). The embedded sensors continuously monitor localized temperatures and generate real-time thermal data. The AI prediction processor analyzes heat generation patterns during different operational tasks and predicts the occurrence of future hotspots before critical temperatures are reached. Based on the prediction, the central controller actuates the micro-valve array and regulates coolant flow to direct cooling fluid toward the predicted hotspot regions. The system operates autonomously in a closed-loop manner, continuously adapting to varying workloads and thermal conditions. The invention provides compact, reliable, and efficient thermal management, thereby maintaining acceptable chip operating temperatures and reducing heat-induced performance degradation.
