A first end of the one or more heat transmitting members (108, 110, 402, 404) are thermally connected to one or more vehicle components (106), and a second end of one or more heat transmitting members (108, 110, 402, 404) being thermally connected to at least a first portion of a frame assembly (102) of a vehicle. More specifically, the frame assembly (102) of the vehicle acts as a condenser and the heat source acts as an evaporator therefore the present invention eliminates significant dependency on mechanical elements.
