Abstract: -The present disclosure relates to a cooling system (100) for a plate mill. The plurality of first headers (104) may be positioned on the support structure (102) and may be adapted to spray water on a top surface (108-1) of at least one rolled plate (108) moving through the plate mill. The plurality of second headers (106) may be positioned on the support structure (102), opposite to the plurality of first headers (104). The plurality of second headers (106) may be adapted to spray water on a bottom surface (102-2) of the at least one rolled plate (108) moving through the plate mill.
