The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.

Abstract: A CONTROLLABILITY FRAMEWORK FOR NONLINEAR TEMPERED HILFER FRACTIONAL LANGEVIN DYNAMICAL SYSTEMS The present invention relates to a controllability framework for nonlinear tempered Hilfer fractional Langevin dynamical systems operating in Banach spaces. The framework incorporates a tempered Hilfer fractional derivative characterized by fractional- order, type, and tempering parameters to model memory-dependent systems with finite memory effects and exponential decay. A nonlinear Langevin system comprising state and control operators is formulated using dual fractional orders, enabling accurate representation of complex phenomena such as anomalous diffusion, viscoelastic behavior, and stochastic dynamics. A controllability operator is constructed to determine system reachability, and an explicit control law is derived to transfer the system from an initial state to a desired final state. The framework employs fixed-point methodology for establishing controllability in nonlinear settings and supports implementation through numerical algorithms, embedded controllers, and simulation tools. The invention provides a unified controllability approach encompassing classical and tempered fractional operators while extending applicability to infinite- dimensional dynamical systems.
