MUMBAI, India, June 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531039656 A) filed by Technology Innovation In Exploration & Mining; and Indian Institute Of Technology Indian School Of on April 24, 2025, for A Continuous Mineral Concentrator.
Inventor includes Dr. Pankaj Kumar Jain.
The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT A CONTINUOUS MINERAL CONCENTRATOR Embodiments of the present invention disclose a continuous mineral concentrator. The present invention discloses a Continuous Mineral Concentrator (1) for separating fine heavy and light particles. The Continuous Mineral Concentrator (1) comprises a troughed Separation Table (4) mounted on a Shaking Frame (10) for horizontal reciprocating motion. A high-concentration slurry is fed from a Slurry Feeder (2) with an agitator (31) for consistent mixing. A Vibrating Feeder (3) supplies dry solids to the slurry tank. The separation table has adjustable discharge Slits (25) controlled by a Slit Adjusting Knob (24). The shaking mechanism utilizes an eccentrically linked Disc (38) driven by a motor (5) for adjustable oscillation. A control panel allows for regulating oscillation frequency, vibration intensity, agitator speed, and wash water flow with visual flow rate indication. Additionally, a Height Adjusting Handle (7) alters the slope of the separation table for optimized processing. The Continuous Mineral Concentrator (1) provides efficient separation with adjustable parameters for diverse materials. Reference Fig.:
