Abstract: A continuous fibre thermoplastic three-dimensional forming system and method for fabrication of composite ducts [0061] The present invention discloses a continuous fibre thermoplastic three-dimensional forming system (100) for fabrication of a composite (114) comprising a material feeding unit (101), a continuous fibre cutting unit (102), a feedback-controlled induction heater unit (103), a computer numerical control position control unit (104), a matrix material varying unit (105), a deposition density varying unit (106), and a preparatory code compiling unit (107), wherein the continuous supply a fibre (108) and a thermoplastic filament (109) to a coextrusion nozzle (110) produces a continuous fibre (111), fabricating the composite (114). A spindle (113) is positioned within a build area and dynamically rotated to align with an intended fibre trajectory, to enable deposition of the continuous fibre by the coextrusion nozzle (110) layer-wise, leading to formation of a primary structure and various secondary structures.
