MUMBAI, India, Oct. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611101880 A) filed by Manipal University Jaipur on August 24, 2026, for A Context-Aware Multilingual Cyberbullying Detection System Using Temporal Graph Neural Networks Over Social Media Sessions.

Inventor includes Dr. Manish Joshi.

The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a context-aware multilingual cyberbullying detection system using temporal graph neural networks over social media sessions. The system comprises a data ingestion and session grouping module to receive multilingual and code-mixed messages and organize them into active conversation sessions; a dynamic heterogeneous graph construction module to represent users and messages with temporally annotated interaction edges; a multilingual feature extraction module using a cross-lingual transformer; a temporal graph neural network module for temporal relationship analysis; a joint training module for cyberbullying classification; a coordinated harassment detection module for identifying temporal negative-content bursts; a real-time inference and alerting module generating classification scores and explainable subgraphs; and an evaluation and adaptive retraining module using performance metrics and moderator feedback. The present system used for content moderation, child safety, brand reputation management, and online gaming safety.
