Abstract: The present invention relates to a processor-based method for providing context-aware environmental nudges. The method comprises time-bounded segments, and environmental hazard data for at least two hazards is retrieved and associated with each segment using spatial and temporal correlation. Heterogeneous hazard values are normalized into a canonical risk scale using predefined breakpoints and piecewise linear interpolation. Effective hazard scores are computed using user-specific weights, confidence factors, and values, and conflicts are resolved by identifying a dominant hazard. A preventive action is selected, optionally with a secondary action when another hazard exceeds a threshold. A notification time is calculated using onset latency and a buffer relative to the segment start time. Notifications are generated and transmitted before segment entry, with constrained natural-language explanations using rule-based safety filtering and fallback templates, and are dynamically recalculated, suppressed, or merged based on changes and predefined thresholds.
