The system comprises a Data Input Module (101) configured to receive clinical parameters, a Preprocessing Engine (102) for data normalization, a Feature Engineering Module (103) for generating structured features and pseudo-signal windows, and a Base Classifier Layer (104) executing multiple classifiers in parallel. A Meta-Learning Module (105), including a CNN Processing Unit (105A) and an LSTM Processing Unit (105B), processes aggregated outputs through a Feature Fusion Engine (106) and a Decision Engine (107) to generate a risk prediction. The system further includes an Interpretability Module (108), API Server (109), User Interface Module (110), Memory Unit (111), Processing Unit (112), and Network Interface (113).
