Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented system for cognitive assessment and adaptive cognitive training of individuals with Mild Cognitive Impairment. The system comprises a computing device having a processor, a memory, a display unit, an input device, and a network interface coupled to a plurality of modules. A cognitive assessment module administers digital assessment tasks and generates a cognitive profile across domains including memory, attention, executive functioning, language, visuospatial ability, and processing speed. A cognitive training module presents interactive training tasks, while an adaptive intervention module receives performance parameters, including accuracy, response time, and error frequency, and dynamically modifies task difficulty accordingly. A performance monitoring module records longitudinal performance data, and a data management module stores and transmits the data through a network to a remote server, enabling a clinician monitoring module to generate reports for clinician and caregiver computing devices, facilitating remote monitoring and personalized cognitive rehabilitation.
