The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented system and method for assessing organizational compatibility and predicting employee intention to stay using person organization fit. The system comprises acquiring employee-related information from Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee surveys, organizational databases, Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and other enterprise data sources. An organizational compatibility analysis module independently evaluates multiple Person–Organization (P–O) Fit dimensions, including value congruence and goal congruence, and generates a multi-dimensional organizational compatibility profile without reducing the dimensions to a single fit score. A behavioural analysis module determines an affective commitment measure associated with the compatibility profile. A retention prediction module processes the compatibility profile and affective commitment measure to generate an employee intention-to-stay prediction and retention insights. The system further supports integration with enterprise workforce platforms and cloud-based analytics environments, thereby providing data-driven and proactive decision support for workforce retention planning and organizational management.
