MUMBAI, India, Sept. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641105541 A) filed by Pinni Srinivasa Varma; Kv Siva Prasad; T Kameswara Rao; and Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation on September 02, 2026, for A Computer-Implemented System And Method For Multi-Source Data Fusion And Adaptive Prediction Of Bank Stock Price Movements.
Inventors include Kv Siva Prasad; and T Kameswara Rao.
The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.
Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method for multi-source data fusion and adaptive prediction of bank stock price movements is disclosed. The system comprises a data acquisition module, data validation module, temporal synchronisation module, normalisation module, feature extraction module, adaptive factor-weighting engine, analytical engine, prediction module and confidence estimation module. The system receives heterogeneous bank-specific, market-related, macroeconomic and risk- related data, validates and temporally synchronises observations having different reporting frequencies, and converts the observations into standardised computational features. An adaptive factor-weighting engine determines factor contributions based on processed observations and updates the contributions when new data becomes available. An analytical engine generates an integrated factor representation, and a prediction module generates a bank stock-price movement output together with an associated confidence score. The invention provides an integrated computational architecture for processing heterogeneous financial information and generating adaptive analytical outputs for banking-sector equity data.
