MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611111400 A) filed by Manipal University Jaipur on September 17, 2026, for A Computer-Implemented System And Method For Execution-Aware Adaptive Memory Synchronization In Intelligent Computing Systems.
Inventors include Ananya Jindal; and Varun Tiwari.
The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented system and method for adaptive memory synchronization and context-aware execution in intelligent computing systems. The invention comprises a persistent memory architecture that continuously captures, organizes, prioritizes, and synchronizes contextual information across multiple user interactions using a weighted memory graph and an adaptive state synchronization mechanism. Unlike conventional AI systems that repeatedly reconstruct context for each interaction, the present architecture maintains an execution-aware memory state, enabling efficient retrieval of relevant information and adaptive updating based on execution outcomes and user interactions. The system further comprises integration of a memory synchronization engine, hierarchical context retrieval module, execution verification mechanism, and adaptive memory update module to improve contextual continuity and execution consistency. The present architecture reduces redundant context reconstruction, minimizes computational overhead associated with repeated memory retrieval, improves response relevance, and enhances execution reliability across sessions. The invention is applicable to intelligent assistants, autonomous software agents, decision-support systems, enterprise automation platforms, and other context-aware computing environments requiring persistent adaptive memory and reliable execution.
