MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611082958 A) filed by Dr. Poonam Kumari on July 06, 2026, for A Computer-Implemented System And Method For Automated Multi-Layer Semantic Knowledge Graph Generation And Geo-Temporal Realtionship Modeling From Unstructured Oral Narrative Data.
Inventor includes Dr. Poonam Kumari.
The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a computer implemented system and method for automated multi-layer semantic knowledge graph generation and geo-temporal relationship modelling from unstructured oral narrative data. The system employs multi-modal processing, natural language processing, adaptive ontology generation, interdisciplinary semantic annotation, dynamic knowledge graph generation, geo-temporal analytics, relationship prediction and confidence scoring in order to transform oral narratives into machine-readable cultural knowledge networks. The invention allows for the automated extraction of entities, events, locations, traditions, and temporal references and the processing of dynamic semantic relations across the historical, anthropological, sociological, linguistic, religious, and geographical domains. The system also provides predictive cultural relationship discovery, GIS based visualisations and interactive analytics for applications in cultural heritage preservation, digital humanities research and archival intelligence. The present invention provides a scalable framework for intelligent extraction of cultural knowledge and modelling of geo-temporal cultural networks.
