Inventors include Ajay Gundalapalli; and Madhan Kumar Srinivasan.
The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented adaptive behavioral auction system (100) and method (300) that dynamically adjusts negotiation strategies based on user interaction data. The system comprises a user device (102) for collecting data during negotiation sessions, a memory unit (108) for storing instructions, and a processing unit (121) that executes instructions. The processor (1084) constructs a feature vector from user data, such as response time, offer revision frequency, and trust score, using a behavioral engine. Based on this data, a behavioral profile is assigned, classifying the user into categories like risk-averse or aggressive. The system uses Bayesian updating and a game theory engine to select an optimal negotiation strategy and generate candidate offers. Fairness constraints are applied to these offers using the fairness bounds module, and a final offer is generated by minimizing a multi-objective function in the decision layer. The system ensures strategic validity, fairness, and context sensitivity in the final offer.
