Abstract: The present invention relates to educational quality assurance and discloses a computer-implemented method and system (100) performed by one or more hardware processors for measuring and visualizing faculty contribution to institutional quality enhancement. Faculty activity data received from heterogeneous source systems is standardized into structured activity records, bound to evidence artifacts, and validated. Each validated record is classified into predefined quality contribution domains, weighted according to configurable institutional priorities, and impact-adjusted and evidence-validated to compute a composite Faculty Quality Contribution Index (FQCI). The index is aggregated across departmental, school, and institutional levels with traceability to institutional quality indicators and rendered on visual analytics dashboards. The invention transforms dispersed faculty activity data into reliable, traceable institutional quality intelligence supporting governance, accreditation, and continuous quality improvement.
