Abstract: Existing breast cancer prediction systems generally analyze either medical images or structured clinical information independently, resulting in fragmented diagnostic assessment. The present disclosure provides a computer-implemented hybrid breast cancer prediction system (200) and method comprising a data ingestion module (206) configured to receive one or more medical images and structured clinical information, a data preprocessing module (208) configured to preprocess the received data, and a hybrid analysis and prediction engine (212) comprising an image analysis module (212A), a clinical data analysis module (212B), and a fusion and decision module (212C) configured to generate a unified diagnostic representation through multimodal feature-level fusion. A prediction output module (214) generates an integrated diagnostic prediction comprising at least one of breast cancer classification, disease stage assessment, confidence score, explanatory information, or a diagnostic report.
