Abstract: ABSTRACT A COMPUTATIONAL SYSTEM FOR NON-INVASIVE LIVER FIBROSIS STRATIFICATION A computer- implemented system for non-invasive liver fibrosis assessment using variability-aware composite biomarkers. The system comprises an input module (10) for receiving patient data, a Score computational module (20) for computing biochemical scores, LSV and SDP modules (40) for quantifying liver stiffness variability, and a Computational engine (50) for generating composite fibrosis scores. The system maps composite scores to risk strata and provides clinical decision support. The invention enhances predictive accuracy compared to conventional static scoring methods while functioning as a computational decision-support tool for healthcare providers. Fig. 1
