It offers multi-format interaction options, including click, text, and voice inputs, and is accessible through multiple channels, such as web platforms and mobile applications, enhancing accessibility and user convenience. It utilizes key technologies, viz., rule-based (or predefined scripts), machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence (AI), natural language processing (NLP), etc., to understand user inputs and provide relevant responses, often assisting with tasks, answering questions, or guiding users in various applications, thereby enhancing service delivery and improving user interaction.
